Publicly Show Solidarity With Israel
at our Friday Pro-Israel Demonstration
Most every Friday (except for Jewish holidays and national holidays) we gather for a pro-Israel demonstration at 19th St. and John F. Kennedy Boulevard (southwest corner) from noon to 1 p.m. Please join with us. Hold American and Israeli flags or a sign with a pro-Israel slogan. Don't wait for a crisis or emergency!

Stop the delegitimization of Israel and those who deny that Jerusalem belongs to the Jewish people.
Israel is the nation-state of the Jewish people. The United Nations and its forerunner, the League of Nations, designated the land for the homeland for the Jewish people. Jerusalem is the holiest city in Judaism and is the undivided and eternal capital of Israel. When you see "news" reports that describe so-called "Palestinian territories," please respond to demand that they correct the record. When you see reports claiming that Jerusalem is a "settlement" and that Jews do not have a right to build and live there, point out that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel and that to deny Jews the right to build and live there is racist. It is not "disputed territory" just because the Arabs claim it as theirs.
Make sure the media sticks to the facts and that the record is correct. Take a few minutes and respond by phone, email or regular mail to media distortions.
CONTACTING YOUR REPRESENTATIVES IN CONGRESS
Speak up! Your representatives really do listen. Surveys of congressional staffers have revealed that members of the House and Senate pay the most attention to correspondence sent by regular mail. Next, they pay more attention to phone calls, then emails, last, faxes.
See the link under "Advocacy" for contact information for area lawmakers.
